As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with the business of one the SBS MEA areas : North Africa – West and Central Africa - English speaking Africans territories - to align HR strategy to business strategy. This will involve understanding the HR policy, mastering the growing IT labor place, being able to reframe those in terms of talent acquisition and employee experience to contribute with the MEA HR Team in building a future-ready organization serving the MEA SBS project.


Experience and qualifications you’ll need:

  • Education and Experience in IT sector: at least 10 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines as Talent Acquisition, Management, Culture and Performance Management, with strong ability to translate HR knowledge into impactful actions
  • Ability to work as a strategic partner with several functions and different organizational levels
  • Experience in Managing HR Projects with tracking key project milestones
  • Very good knowledge of labor laws

  • Effective presentation, communication & writing skills
  • Ability to influence in a complex, matrix organization
  • KPI & reporting results oriented
  • Fluent in French and English languages.
